I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the rooms at this accommodation offered a wonderful city view. It was like having my own personal window to the vibrant hustle and bustle of the streets below. Waking up to such a sight made me feel like a true Fes local, and I couldn't help but imagine myself as a character in one of the city's enchanting tales.
Bathroom cleanliness.

Located near the main gate of the medina, this hotel provides easy access to the city's main attractions. The area around the hotel is bustling with restaurants and shops, perfect for exploring the city's unique culture. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped bathroom. The friendly staff provides exceptional service, making you feel right at home. The delicious breakfast is served with a smile and there's a lovely terrace where you can relax and enjoy the views.
Although the hotel is well-maintained, the walls are thin and the rooms can be a bit noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's rest.

The comfortable bed, nice hot shower, and quiet accommodations made for a great stay. The large breakfast provided was delicious and filling. The rooftop terrace offered spectacular views and a unique experience. The hosts, Othmane and Joseph/Yousef, were outstanding and genuinely cared for their guests. They were helpful and provided great information about Fes and Morocco.

Our stay at Dar Bab Jdid was fantastic. The location was perfect, as it was centrally located in the Medina and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The owner, Mr. Ousmane, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated. When we had issues with our payment, he patiently waited for us to sort it out. He was always available to answer our questions and provided us with a helpful map for navigating the city. The Riad itself was a beautiful building with a stunning hall area. It was also conveniently located near the exit of the old town, making it easy to find taxis. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a fantastic Easter break! The breakfast offered was delicious, varied, and filling. The best part was the traditional dishes served every morning. The location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by great local restaurants and all the main sights in walking distance. we enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
We found the shower experience a bit uncomfortable as there was no shower curtain, and the floor got soaked with every shower. the pillows were too big, which made sleeping less comfortable.
